LOVE LOVE LOVE this story, Karen – BRAVA!!! I had typed out a whole long comment about night-hunting and some good ole Virginia boys (elders, actually) whom I had the pleasure of meeting when I moved to the Casanova – Warrenton area, oh, half a lifetime ago… Anyhow, it’s gone and I can’t replicate it. When I clicked post comment, it disappeared or something – not really sure where it went and I could not get it back… BUT GREAT GREAT STORY – it brought tears to my eyes – George is a good guy, whichever world he inhabits. Write on and thank you so much for this tale!!!
